Fort Collins author Shuah Khan publishes her first book,
Finding an Ocean: Growing up in India through story and proverb
In her vividly recalled childhood, Shuah Khan weaves memories of growing up in rural India with stories handed down through generations. She was surrounded by adults who never passed up an opportunity to share their wisdom through storytelling and proverbs. Those strong family and cultural bonds infused her with the confidence to explore beyond her small villages and eventually cross the ocean.
Finding an Ocean will be available in August 2026.
